A Budget-Friendly Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed my stay as a solo traveler for one night, but felt the room fell short on comfort. Staff gave great local dining recommendations at nearby restaurants, but my bathroom had minor issues. Pro tip, double-check room amenities upon arrival for a smoother experience!

Request extra towels at check-in to ensure you have enough for your stay. It saves waiting later.

Would recomand to others. Exceptionally comfortable and chic hotel, easy base for 4 nights in Tulum. Big rooms with comfy beds! Climate control, a private safe, and flat-screen TV in the bedroom. All in all marvellous location, next to other areas in Tulum, taxi to the beach resort area and public transport. Also, close to many restaurants and bars.

The pool was a dream and the friendly staff really enhanced my stay, providing great tips for local activities.

Hopefully the room was exceptionally clean and huge with which was never cleaned, sofa plus AC. The food provided was great.

Stylish, well-designed hotel with wonderfully friendly staff. Magnificent, particularly good location to tourist sites. Based close to shops, common areas like the restaurant and restaurant restrooms, and public transport.

We had a lovely stay here and really enjoyed the cozy breakfast spot and the spacious double room with a great view of the pool. The outdoor swimming pool and the relaxing sun loungers were perfect for unwinding after exploring. Just a heads up, the balcony door needed a little extra effort to lock, but it didn’t take away from our experience. 😊

The rooms were beautifully decorated, with a refreshing color palette and thoughtful touches. The pool area was wonderfully inviting and accessible, perfect for a leisurely swim or sunbathing.

Better signage for room locations would be helpful.

Family with children deserves it.

One night,, I woke up to the sound of the staff laughing while cleaning the pool area at 8 am. It was like waking up to a live show. My kids loved the spacious room, every time they jumped on the bed, I just felt myself getting a little more comfortable with the stay.

It wasn't inexpensive,, but I'd say it was acceptable for the overall experience.

Relaxing by the gorgeous pool, we enjoyed every moment. The attentive staff and comfortable room. Breakfast was a nice treat each morning.

The shower had inconsistent water pressure, quite inconvenient. I hoped for a better experience in that regard.

The beautiful room was spacious and super clean, with a mini-fridge and a cozy sofa. The outdoor pool area was inviting with sun loungers. The breakfast had great options like fresh pastries and juices. Plus, it's in a prime spot for walking to local bars and restaurants.

I spent 4 nights in a Beautiful Room in Tulum. The room felt spacious and clean, with a comfy bed, made it easy to unwind after a long day. The staff at the hotel were friendly, always ready to help. The location worked well for me, with plenty of restaurants and bars just a short walk away. I enjoyed renting bikes to explore the area, made getting to the beach and ruins super convenient. I noticed some issues with housekeeping. On one day, my room wasn't cleaned until late in the afternoon, frustrating. They could definitely improve on the maintenance of certain amenities as well. The bathroom lacked sufficient hot water at times. Despite these hiccups, the outdoor pool was a nice spot to relax. I loved the inviting atmosphere of the pool area. I'd say it was a good trip overall, but a few improvements could was nice.

The beautiful room was spacious, basic, and very clean. The location was perfect, close to restaurants and bars, made exploring easy. We loved the bike rental corner nearby, where we got good bikes for a reasonable rate. The outdoor pool was a nice touch for relaxation, too.

the breakfast could use some improvement, but overall, i would 100% recommend.
